Menzel labortechnik offers mzxdc-10 series of precision measuring microscope system. It can be used for measurement of fine line tracks with one-micron accuracy. The viewing heads are erect image binocular head and erect image trinocular head. Eyepieces are pairs 10 x wf, while plan objectives are m5x, na 0.10; m10x, na 0.25; m20x, na 0.40; and m40 x, na 0.65. Illumination is by tungsten halogen illuminations with variable controls - diascopic illuminations [base] with halogen illumination and incident illumination halogen/fluorescent for surface studies. Focusing can be done by coarse and fine adjustment. The system has an accuracy of 0.01/0.001 mm. Image acquisition, analysis, measurement and reporting software and micrometer with 0.001 mm accuracy are available optionally.
